Characteristics

The machine consists of hopper, oscillation chamber, coupling and motor. The oscillation chamber consists of eccentric wheel, rubber software, spindle, bearing and so on. The adjustable eccentric weight hammer is conveyed to the spindle centerline by Motor Drive, which produces centrifugal force in unbalanced state, so that the material strength changes in the sieve to form the orbital vortex. The amplitude of the hammer adjuster should be adjusted according to the different material and sieve mesh.
The machine has compact structure, small volume, young dust, low noise, high output, low energy consumption, convenient for mobile and maintenance.
