Main purpose

This device is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in pharmaceutical, food, light industry and chemical industries. It is also suitable for distillation of other dissolved coals such as methanol. The device according to the needs of users, can be distilled to 90℃-95℃ alcohol according to the dilute alcohol of about 30 ℃, the finished alcohol requirement is higher, can increase the reflux ratio, but the output is correspondingly reduced.

Device features

This device is made of high efficiency metal stainless steel filler. The distillation tower is made of stainless steel, which prevents the phenomenon of iron filings plugging the filler and prolongs the use period of the device. In this device, any contact with alcohol equipment, such as condenser, regulator tank, cooling snake tube, etc. are stainless steel to ensure that the finished alcohol is not contaminated. The distillation tank adopts the detachable U-type heat pipe, which can be used to weigh the U-shaped heat pipe outside the kettle, so as to facilitate the cleaning of the outer wall of the heating pipe and the wall of the distillation vessel. The unit can be produced intermittently or semi-continuously.
