Second, the working principle:
material from the feeder (extruder) evenly spread on the net belt, the mesh belt using 5~24 stainless steel mesh, dragged by the transmission device in the dryer movement. The dryer is composed of several drying units, each unit hot air independent cycle, part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a special dehumidification fan, exhaust gas discharge by the control valve. The mesh belt moves slowly, the running speed can be freely adjusted according to the material temperature (inverter), and the finished product falls into the feeder continuously after drying. In the upper circulation unit, the wind of the top circulating fan enters the side wind daojing heat exchanger to heat into the lower cavity of the unit and blows to the mesh belt after distribution by the hot air distributor, and the air passes through the material into the upper cavity through the fan cycle; The drying process is the heat flow through the material layer, complete the heat and quality transfer process; Most of the gas cycle, part of the temperature is low, the gas with a large amount of moisture as exhaust gas by exhaust pipe, regulating valve, dehumidification fan discharge. In the lower circulation unit, the circulating fan inhales the hot air after heating the side through the heat exchanger, blows to the upper cavity of the unit, and blows the heat transfer to the material layer after the distribution of the hot air distributor, and some of the air with low temperature and high humidity is discharged by the regulating valve and the fan. The upper and lower loop units can be flexibly matched according to the user's needs, and the number of units can also be selected as needed.

convenient; 7, heat source can use steam, heat conduction oil, coal (oil, gas
