Rotary kiln Dryer is used in the pre-burning of hard ferrite powder, it can also be applied in cement, metallurgy, chemical industry and so on. The equipment consists of main kiln and its supporting transmission device, cooling pipe, fuel system, electrical control, two times inlet air device, exhaust dust removal device and preheating kiln body. With over-temperature alarm, overload alarm, operating temperature control, kiln oxygen can be adjusted and other functions.
Principle
Wet material from one end of the dryer, the inside of the tube is cloth copy of the plate, the material in the dryer evenly distributed and dispersed, and with the flow (countercurrent) hot air full contact, speed up the drying heat transfer, mass transfer drive. In the drying process, the material with the inclination of the copy plate and the role of hot air, can be controlled to move to the dryer another part of the star-shaped discharge valve discharged finished products.
Application
Applicable to chemical, mining, metallurgy and other industries large particles, than major materials drying.
such as: Ore, blast furnace slag, coal, metal powder, phosphorus, ammonium sulfide.
Drying of powdered, granular materials with special requirements. Such as: Foaming agent, Lees Slag, light calcium carbonate, activated clay, magnetic powder, graphite, dregs.
